Marketing your vacation property will be in a variety of ways. Internet, print and direct-mail will all be incorporated along with regional networking. The team at Iron Horse has an extensive background in creating and implementing worldwide marketing campaigns for a variety of products. In addition to our unique print advertising, our website has been designed for the best search engine optimization and is constantly updated. Your property will be featured on our website with unlimited photos to convey the unique features of your home. In addition, internet advertising and partner websites will be maximized to get you the most rental income.

All rental reservations and transactions are handled when your guests need them. We understand that most inquiries are made after hours. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day and we make use of the latest technology in order to answer our email requests within moments of receipt, insuring a prompt response for your guests.

Monthly and year-end reports are provided to our clients, including: detailed financial information, reservations, maintenance, etc.

Personal check-in services for guests. Upon arrival, Iron Horse will provide guests with maps , a welcome basket with Crested Butte items, information about the home, and keys to the property. In addition, one of our staff will walk through the property and make sure the guest is comfortable and tend to any needs they may have. This insures that every guests has our contact info and feels comfortable with the property should there be any special requests.

Coordination of any and all maintenance needed for the property. Including but not limited to: cleaning, snow removal, landscaping/gardening services and repairs. These items are in addition to rental fees and will be billed accordingly.
