The lower level of the home features a lounge area with surround sound, a bar, and the perfect movie setup with sumptuous seating. There are two private guest rooms on this level with King beds and art TV's to cuddle up and watch a movie.  In addition, there is a beautiful marble bathroom featuring a claw foot tub and a separate shower along with an additional full bath down the hall.
