Perfect. | Property: 305 Third St. Is a lovely old home downtown CB. It is very well organized (A place for everything and everything in its place) and very comfortable. It appears small from the outside, but is actually quite large. A great home base to explore the beautiful Crested Butte area. Highly recommend.
