Property Manager: Steve was very helpful with both the reservation process and the response to our call with the lockbox (we couldn’t get it open with several attempts, perhaps made worse by the rain). We were never able to get the tv room tv to play regular tv but could use it for movies and there was a great selection. MANAGER RESPONSE I apologize you weren’t able to operate the TV. Please let us know anytime you have a problem at one of our properties. We have staff on call 24/7 and want to make sure that all of our guests have the best experience on their vacation. | Property: Loved the views and the location! The cabin is very well-equipped with kitchen needs. We agreed that we would have liked a few more wash cloths but wasn’t a big enough deal to call management. There were some cheerios on the floor between the sofas in the tv room and we didn’t have any cheerios so think those were missed in cleaning. Otherwise it was spotless and spectacular!
