The open floor plan gives great access to the new flagstone patio and extensive gardens. There is a gas fireplace in the living room as well as a full bath on this level for guests. The couch folds out into a sleeper sofa, recommended for small children.
Upstairs is the entire master suite with a queen bed, full bath, large laundry room, closet, and enough room to try out the new yoga positions you've been working on. The French doors in the master suite open up for those great summer breezes and laying in bed each morning you wake up to fantastic views of Gothic Mountain! So whether it's a romantic getaway for two or a small family vacation, Margeaux's Cottage is waiting for you!

Great property except the bed. Would prefer a king in a one bedroom. Rest of house was excellent.

Thank you for your suggestion on the the King Bed. We tried to have a King bed installed when the home was remodeled but due to the design of the room we felt as though it was overpowering. Yep, we were the folks with the beeping C02 detector in the middle of the night. Got to spend some lovely time with Steve and a couple members of the volunteer fire department! If you have to have an experience like this while on vacation, you couldn't have asked for a better response.

This is a really lovely cabin in a perfect location - 1 block off Elk Ave. The cabin is on a quiet street but close to all the restaurants and shops (and a delicious coffee shop/bakery is right around the corner) and hiking trails start right down the road. The property was very well maintained and Steve, the property manager, was super helpful and always available. We would definitely stay here again.
