This is the second time I have used Iron Horse when staying in Crested Butte. I'm a frequent VRBO user, but if given the opportunity, I will always go through Iron Horse, due to their excellent customer service. Every call, every email the staff is so friendly, easy to deal with, and will accommodate you if at all possible. I could not give these guys a higher recommendation. If I owned a property, they would be my first choice to manage.

This cabin is the ultimate escape for large families and groups. We had 4 couples and two singles on our 6th annual Crested Butte Trip and this home fit everyone comfortably. Upon entering we were taken back by the captivating views, no matter what time of day we all found ourselves in the main living room looking out at the snow covered valley. The hot tub located off the main floor was perfect for soaking your bones after an intense day of snowboarding. The first track shuttle service was the absolute best, we never had to wait longer then 5 minutes to be picked up and its a quick 5 minute drive to the base. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything needed to have a cozy night in. The basement provided a fun environment to watch the super bowl and play late night poker games. All in all we would recommend this home to anyone looking for an escape to the beautiful Butte.

Didnt work with anyone. Sent an email about blinds not working properly and received an appropriate response to that.

Amazing condo in an excellent location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this unit and we will definitely try to secure the same unit on our next visit.

Fabulous guest services team. We called to request to check in one day early. Annie handled our request promptly and professionally and followed up to be sure we had all the information we needed to check in early.

9 Silver Lane was a fantastic property. The views were impeccable, the kitchen was one of the best I've stayed in for appliances and utensils, tons of room for 10 adults, we were never crowded. Hot tub, sauna, decks, heated floor in the mud room, etc. etc. etc. Will stay here again when we return to CB. The walk to "ski in / ski out" was pretty far, but the new First Tracks shuttle service that started in the 2023-2024 season was nothing short of AMAZING. During the weekday we waited no more than five minutes for a ride. They come right to your door.

This cabin was absolutely spectacular! Every aspect was top of the line. It was a wonderful stay in a cozy spot with a great location.

Team was very helpful and timely in assisting us with replacing a coffee maker. I appreciate their willingness to help us with something so small that made a huge difference for us and our stay!

Beautiful home that is walking distance to ski, kitchen is nicely stocked, tons of linens for all the guests, and easy/convenient shuttle service to catch the town shuttle. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Crested Mtn North L6. The heated garage was nice for storing and putting on ski gear, the kitchen was well-stocked and beautiful, the beds were all comfortable and the unit was immaculately clean.

Ease of checking in and out cannot be matched. We had an issue we a clogged sink and it was resolved quickly.

My only recommendation would be to stock additional tissue paper and dish soap. There were extra pillows but no pillow cases. The kitchen was a cooks dream! Perfectly stocked and plenty of cooking and eating space.
