Great location! Steps away from Ski school! Best ski in ski out we have ever stayed. Pop on skis on back deck and you are ready to go! Everything you could ask for!

Our group of seven sat around this morning, the day of checkout, trying to find one negative thing about our property. We failed. Everything was just perfect. The house is stocked with everything you needand more. The location was perfect. We had 3 kids with us and not one complained about the less than 5-minute walk to the slopes. The garage access was golden after a long day on the mountain. The availability of management team was great, even when we had an after hours hiccup. I pause to give such a great review because we want it to be available on our next visit.

Iron Horse is our favorite property management company in Crested Butte. Email communication prior to our arrival makes the entire rental process seamless.

We enjoyed staying at Cash's Hangout. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The close proximity to the base was amazing. The snow pile up in the backyard made for good privacy from the road. We will definitely stay at Iron Horse Property when we return next year.

PERFECT COUPLES HOUSE! This home had everything we wanted and more. Perfect for 4 couples to stay with plenty of privacy and the most comfortable beds. We cooked every meal in and loved using the griddle on the stove. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have ever used. The views from the upper living room in the morning are stunning, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. There are two TVs, one in the upper living room and one in the lower living with surround sound, which made watching the Super Bowl a blast. The walk to the lifts is about 10 minutes, but please note it is straight up hill, good for warming up those legs. The run on the way down is one of our new favorites, so much fun at the end of the day. There is easy access to CB busses which take you right into town, which we highly recommend going to for at least one night. Montanya Distillers is our favorite. The staff at Iron Horse were great to communicate with and always available to answer questions. This was our 6th annual stay and by far the best house we have rented. We would highly recommend this property to all!
