I had many questions before our arrival. Each staff member I spoke with was very prompt in their replies and very pleasant. I was grateful for that.

The home seemed to be very well managed. We were very comfortable.

Iron Horse customer service was excellent, from the booking process when we requested a change to the communication we had with after hours and maintenance teams for minor issues during our stay.

We were initially surprised that the parking was not in an underground lot, but the minor inconvenience of that was quickly forgotten. This unit was spotless and tastefully decorated with fun, high-end decor in every room. The kitchen was well-stocked as promised on the website. We appreciated having conveniences like foil, storage bags and Tupperware. While a kitchen table would be nice, there is just not room and we really didnt miss it, even with toddlers. It might be nice to have a stack of small kid-friendly plastic cups, but the other kitchen supplies were wonderful. The hot tub location cant be beat with a gorgeous view of the slopes and Mt Crested Butte. Thanks for sharing a great property!

The property was above and beyond our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, adorable, complete with STUNNING mountain views. It was easy to access and right near downtown, with an easy route to the ski hill. The bedroom and bathroom setups were PERFECT for our group and it was easy to find everything we needed. 10 out of 10 stars!

The house was absolutely wonderful - it exceeded our expectations and our group had an amazing experience for it. The only thing was that the batteries in the remotes for the TV and fireplace were dead and had to be replaced.

The team was great to work with. From answering questions before we arrived, to being helpful while we were here, the team is great.
