Property Manager: We met with Chad upon check-in and he showed us around the property. He was very friendly and patient and answered all of our questions. I did send some questions via text to both Chad and the Iron Horse text number(?) and both responded promptly. Very helpful. It made us feel more at ease knowing we were in good hands and that help was just a phone call away, if needed. | Property: The property was beautiful and clearly well maintained. Iron Horse did a great job making the guest (us) feel at home and safe. They answered my questions after hours which made me feel more comfortable staying in another person’s house, especially a house as beautiful and large as this one. Iron Horse exceeded my expectations in terms of property management (and guest management). Thank you for a great trip to Crested Butte!
