He responded promptly and was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. | Property: The only thing I would comment on was the condition of the outside grill. You may want to spend $300 to get a new grill. This unit was in pretty poor condition thus making it very difficult to cook on. We had to ad lib each night as we grilled out.
