Reservation process was easy online but the team was super helpful when I had a few extra questions. They were also extra accommodating to try to get us checked in 30 mins early when my wife had a migraine. Wasn’t easy as it was a holiday weekend. We loved the friendliness and communication. Second time renting with IH and look forward to staying again!
