Property Manager: We had an issue with the downstairs furnace and Steve was right on the problem. We know we interrupted his evening but he was quick to come and check out the problem and enlist the assistance of others to help have the issue resolved. | Property: Our family was in total awe of the home. We do not know why we had not considered renting a home before but will in the future. The home truly felt like home away from home. I had planned on using a crock pot while there and was going to bring mine from home. I was assured that there would be one in the home and I did not need to bring one (and there was one, yeah!). We will absolutely rent from Iron Horse again. As in life things happen but Steve was able to turn what could have been a bad situation into a wonderful stay. In the process we were able to get to know him and things about Crested Butte. Thank you for the warm hospitality.
