Located in Mt.Crested Butte with commanding views of Mt. CB and the lights of town at night, Alpine Vista is impressive and will be your family’s vacation go-to for years to come. This new custom home is furnished with only the best by BP Designs and is sure to please.
Upon entering the property you will notice there is ample parking for you and your guests with a large paved driveway and oversized heated garage with room for 1 car. Store your skis and boots on the ski racks in the garage and step into bliss. The main living area is open concept and takes in the incredible views from wrap around floor to ceiling windows. Sink back into the custom leather Chesterfield sectional and turn on the gas fireplace while you unwind with the 75” 4K TV equipped with Sonos sound and Apple TV. Outside on the deck the rest of the clan can be relaxing in the 7 person Dimension One spa that takes in the commanding views of Mt. Crested Butte. Don’t want to soak in the tub, then relax on the Red Mtn Logworks furniture that is located on every deck (there’s 3 of them!) With sleeping for up to 14 we are sure part of the family will be enjoying the gourmet kitchen with commercial Thermador appliances and double thickness granite counters. Go ahead and plan that big family meal because the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need right down to the provided Nespresso coffee machine and pods for that perfect morning cappuccino.
When it comes time to sit down for family dinner, gather around the custom Tigerwood dining table and relax. Remember you're on vacation! Want to grill a steak, or 10, the gas grill on the back deck off the kitchen mud room will do the trick. After dinner enjoy the board games, cards, and gaming center for the kids in the spacious guest wing of the home.
Bedtime means the whole group gets to sink into one of the ultra luxurious beds. Upstairs you will find a master bed with king bed and master bath with jetted tub and walk in shower. Catch the morning news on your 55” 4K smart TV. On this same level are two guest bedrooms both with en-suite baths. One has a king bed and the other has two queens. Both with 55” 4K smart TV’s and tub/shower combos in the baths. The room with two queens even has an Xbox One X gaming console for the kids! On the main living level there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath w/walk-in shower.
Step over to the guest wing and discover what may be the kids' favorite spot! There is a large living area with luxurious leather furnishings, a 60” 4K smart TV with Apple TV and gaming console, and a separate game area/dining table for 8. The mini kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, bar fridge, and coffee maker. Vaulted ceilings make this a great space to take in the breathtaking views or step out onto the deck and relax in the log outdoor furniture. There a guest bedroom in this wing with queen bed and a full bath with tub/shower combo. There is also a sleeping loft with two twin beds in this common space.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine Vista! It was our first time staying on the mountain and we loved it. Alpine Vista is beautiful inside and out, with killer views out of most every window. We were also impressed with how complete and well - organized the kitchen was in terms of dishes, utensils etc. And we were very appreciative of an Iron Horse representative stopping by the day after we checked in to make sure we didnt need anything.

The utensils, cookware, and such in the kitchen were the best we have ever experienced. We had everything we needed and then some....it felt like we were at home! Alpine Vista was the perfect stay in Crested Butte! Great location on CB Mountain with sweeping views and fabulous amenities. The property just felt like home. The upstairs master was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in while on vacation as well!!

We were absolutely blown away by the quality of this property. Every expectation was not only met, it was exceeded with flying colors. To start, the view from the property is absolutely breath taking. I'd argue as far to say this house has the best and most stunning view of Mt. Crested Butte on the entire mountain. Mornings spent taking in the views while sipping on lattes from the provided and fully stocked espresso machine and evenings spent in the high-tech hot tub watching the sun set over the mountains felt like a dream. The quality of the home and its furnishing are absolutely mind blowing. Everything is truly exceptional. From the appliances in the kitchen, to the kitchenware, to the quality of the furniture, to the size and quality of the TVs, to the house wide sound system, to the art and decorations, to the beauty and openness of the living spaces, to the size of the bedrooms, and the comfort of the beds, to the fact every bedroom has its own bathroom, to the quality and water pressure of the showers, to the comfort of the master bathtub, to the size of the closets... there wasn't a single thing we could find about the property that didn't blow us away. We literally felt like we were movie stars vacationing in 5 star accommodations. We seriously cannot brag about this property enough. Our group has traveled and stayed in mountain houses from around the globe, and everyone agreed that this house was by far the most luxurious and impressive. We usually like to check things off our list and move on to the next adventure, but we fell in love with this house and this mountain town so much, that we fully intend to be back.
