This is the second time we have rented through Iron Horse and the process is seamless. They are very helpful in answering logistical questions--airport shuttles, sending skis in advance, etc.. Both properties we stayed at were great.

This house was fantastic. Loved the heated floors. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Layout was very nice and beds were great. Thanks!!

Katie was very responsive via email to all of my questions. Also, she was very helpful and proactive in planning trip.

We had 8 adults and a baby. The house was perfect in size and amenities. We cooked many nights and every morning and had all that we needed. We loved the playroom with pool table and shuffleboard. It provided many evenings of entertainment. Loved looking out the windows at the view and watching the fox!

Katie at Iron Horse was both professional and friendly! She answered any and all questions in a timely manner!!!!

The Coal Creek Cabin was beautifully appointed in furnishings as well as art work. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and especially the big kitchen picture window where each morning as we breakfasted we were treated to a show by the local and lovely Magpies!

I have talked with Katie a couple of times when I needed to change things or a maintenance issues. She has always been very professional and helpful.

I worked with a couple of different people but mainly Katie. Katie made the booking process an absolute breeze. We were on the phone for maybe 10 minutes before our rental was fully booked. She responded to emails promptly, had our lift tickets waiting for us at the house and also got us hooked up with a ski equipment delivery service. We literally just showed up and were able to ski...no lines to wait in. She also arranged for a Christmas tree in the house which was beautiful. Any time i called or emailed with questions, she returned the call or email within the hour. Completely hassle free vacation. Awesome service!!!!

I could go on and on about Gunsight Lodge. We had 12 people in the house and had plenty of room when we wanted it. The kitchen is awesome for gathering, as there is seating at the bar and in the breakfast nook. The downstairs area was fantastic, also. Pool table, fireplace, movies, etc. This is true ski in/out....the slope is about 25 yards from the back door, which leads to the room with boot driers, cubbies, hooks to hang your clothes, etc. We also used the outdoor fire pit nightly. The views.....unbelievable. This house is fully stocked and ready for vacationers. I can honestly say this was the best family vacation we have ever taken and all 12 people agree. I wouldnt hesitate at all to book through Iron Horse in the future.

Such a wonderful home! The view is absolutely spectacular. On our first night we saw a bear, a deer, and the occasional hummingbird. Thanks for sharing your home with us and allowing us to enjoy the mountains from such a great perspective!

I called to inquire about the best place to purchase firewood. I received a call back in under 5 minutes stating that IronHorse would be at the house before 9AM delivering a 1/4 Cord of Fresh Cut Wood - Free of Charge! Service at it's best! Thanks for a memorable vacation for our family.

This home was amazing! All of the kitchen appliances were new and the quality was way more than expected! Ceramic Cast Iron Pots, Nice Toaster and over. Overall very pleased. One of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on!

Crested Butte right from the living room, comfortable beds, spa robes in every room and slippers for the hot tub). The owners definitely thought of everything! We could not have asked for a better home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The house is located just a couple of blocks from Elk Ave (main street) where we walked to the shops and had dinner. What a great place to make lasting memories!

Working with the Iron Horse team is like working with good friends. And it is true, the more one stays at Iron Horse properties the more Steve, Jennifer, and Katie feel like friends. I would never use anyone else, ever.

We have stayed at Chateau Renard 3 times now, and have slept in 3 different bedrooms. The beds are so comfy and the bedding is top notch, which isn't always the case in rentals. We love staying in this home because you never forget you are in the mountains with the incredible views (especially sunset) and the gorgeous wood beams throughout. And beautiful Roxy the fox is a frequent visitor to the property making every stay that much more special. The waterfall that runs next to the deck is wonderful in the summer while relaxing on the deck; if we ever own a property, a waterfall will be a must not just for the beauty but also for the tranquil sound it makes effectively blocking out unwanted noises. We have stayed in several Iron Horse properties over the years, but Chateau Renard is our new favorite. We can't wait to stay here for ski season.
