We arrived early and the customer service member was super friendly and helped us get checked into our unit as it was ready. I had a question about our fireplace after hours and the maintenance team responded quickly and was very friendly and professional.

The property had all of the necessary kitchen and house amenities. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Our family had a wonderful time.

We loved Paradise View! The only thing that we felt we were missing were maybe a couple of reading lamps in the living room by the fire (we are readers!). Otherwise, it was perfect.

Communication was easy and fast. Had a minor maintenance issue that was fixed the next day.

We have stayed in many beautiful rental homes. Coal Creek Hideaway stands out as our very favorite. The location to town and skiing was so convenient. But the house and amenities were fabulous- we all said we wanted to live here ! We enthusiastically and highly recommend and intend to return.
