Responsive and pleasant. Solved the problem immediately

This is our 5th year staying with Iron Horse. All the properties have comfortable beds, good water pressure, nice amenities, and great views.

Great ski in/ski location. Not a large space but still accommodated our group of 6 well.

I texted about needing the water heaters to be adjusted. They responded quickly and came to fix right away. I also needed a meat thermometer and was unable to find one at the local grocery store - Iron Horse graciously purchased one and dropped it off for me - that was a very nice, first class touch! They also accommodated an early check in for us, which was very helpful as some of us arrived earlier than others during our travels. Overall, I highly recommend Iron Horse as a management team to work with!

Exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Excellent location that was only a block away from restaurants and shops. House was extremely clean and comfortable, and well appointed with matching sets of dishes, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, etc. It felt like a true home and had everything we needed.

Restoration property was perfect from the floor plan to the amenities. Great for families and would highly recommend. Great location, love it!

The Iron Horse staff was responsive and helpful. They know the properties and prepare them with excellence. We had to contact them a few times with questions and in each instance they quickly got us the answers we needed.

The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. I've never stayed in a vacation rental so completely stocked and ready to go. Iron Horse supplies a box in each room with anything that could be needed to hit the ground running. It was wonderful not to immediately have to go to the grocery store for dish soap, laundry detergent.....

Iron Horse team is outstanding. We have used their services for a long time and have never been disappointed.

Totem house was an excellent location in the proximity to town, restaurants, shops. The house was huge and had several areas to hang out. It was supplied with more than enough dishes, glasses utensils. Overall a great house for a large group.

Thanks for handling the window repairs - I understand timing of repair technicians but Jennifer at Iron Horse went above and beyond in helping us. Everyone was so nice!

We have stayed many times and plan to return many times more!
