We have stayed at an Iron Horse Property a couple of times and they are always very clean, well maintained and up to our expectations. The staff are courteous and responsive.

This property's location is ideal!! Directly across the street is a beautiful park with many amenities for children of all ages. The rec path (great walking/biking trail) is within a couple blocks. Restaurants and shops are all within a very short walk or bike ride. We walked to breakfast and dinner, and loved the convenience of the location! The home was clean and in good condition. There were plenty if towels and blankets, and all things needed for cooking! Carpets needed cleaning, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the home! They responded very quickly when some of our party didn't have a key and were locked out of the house.

Excellent house. The location was great! The off-street parking for two cars was a rare bonus for lodging in Crested Butte. WiFi connection was great! We would stay in Kona House again!

We stayed in Crested Butte, and Gunnison on the river. Both were in excellent condition. The Gunnison River property had a play house and sand box that my grandsons just loved. Hours of fun right there, or fishing in the pond across the street.

This house was perfect for our family and the views were amazing. So enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while looking at the beautiful scenery. All the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. Loved it!

Steve was very helpful with both the reservation process and the response to our call with the lockbox (we couldn't get it open with several attempts, perhaps made worse by the rain). We were never able to get the tv room tv to play regular tv but could use it for movies and there was a great selection. MANAGER RESPONSE I apologize you weren't able to operate the TV. Please let us know anytime you have a problem at one of our properties. We have staff on call 24/7 and want to make sure that all of our guests have the best experience on their vacation.

Loved the views and the location! The cabin is very well-equipped with kitchen needs. We agreed that we would have liked a few more wash cloths but wasn't a big enough deal to call management. There were some cheerios on the floor between the sofas in the tv room and we didn't have any cheerios so think those were missed in cleaning. Otherwise it was spotless and spectacular! Can't wait to return! MANAGER RESPONSE I apologize our cleaning staff missed between the couches. Thank you for the suggestion on the wash cloths and your review. Except my Dad's altitude sickness, it was a fabulous two weeks in paradise! Always the highlight of our year and this property was outstanding, especially the grounds...some days we were happy just hanging out in the yard and hearing the river. The Condo was perfectly located for what we wanted to do on our vacation. I rode my mountain bike right from the condo to the many trails in the area, we walked to dinner on several occasions, or hopped in the car for the short drive to town or to the hiking trails nearby. It was no big deal to walk to town either. The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. We couldn't ask for more.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating!

My only complaint was that we had to leave :(

We had a repair issue which was handled in a most efficient and friendly way. We did not report the issues we had with the icemaker, as I know that these Sub-Zeros have a problem, and we just bought any additional ice we needed....but, you may want to check into this. MANAGER RESPONSE I am so sorry you had an issue with the ice maker during your stay. We have notified a sub-zero repairman and are having the issue addressed. This was an amazing house, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While our dates for next year are not yet clear, we would certainly stay here again. We have had this annual family reunion for over 7 years, and this is by far the best equipped home we have ever stayed in.....even the knives were sharp. The kitchen in general was amazing and the layout of the home worked very well for us. We would be happy to write a review elsewhere if you would like us to...Please thank the family for making their home available.
