Very nice condominium with excellent views of Crested Butte mountain !

I have been renting properties in CB with Steve Ryan and the Iron Horse team for a number of years. Haven't used anyone else in town since the first time I worked with them. Responsive, honest and they deliver what they promise. Their online process for booking and payment is efficient and easy to use. Never had anything but great experiences with Iron Horse.

My first priority in booking a vacation home is location and this place is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to town but have the feeling of being out of town, if that makes any sense! The house is less than a five minute walk from the main drag in CB but it backs up to a beautiful little creek that provides wonderful water sounds and views of the mountains. The several decks provide opportunities to enjoy both and there is a fabulous grill on the second floor deck off the spectacular kitchen and comfortable den. We grilled steaks and cooked one night and enjoyed having absolutely everything we needed available and easy to locate. We had gone to City Market in Gunnison to shop for food when we landed and it's a very well-stocked store unless you are looking for local game. Never occurred to me they wouldn't have elk! Steaks were great though. The house itself is extremely well maintained and the decor is updated, quality, and very tasteful. There are two Master suites - one on the first floor with a large office/den space and a huge bathroom and closet, and one on the third floor almost as big! There is one other bedroom on the third floor that is smaller but not uncomfortably so. Lots of DirecTV channels on flat screen TVs in the den and Masters. Bathtub in the bath on the third floor - shower pressure excellent and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed staying here and will hopefully be back. We have already recommended it to friends and family. We just got back, so we were there in he summer and enjoyed riding the ski lifts on the mountain and white water rafting with Three River Outfitters. All the restaurants are awesome. My favorite breakfast was Paradise Cafe but you can't go wrong with any of them. Very charming town, lots of outdoor activities, and calming atmosphere if you just want to hang out. Great vacation, great vacation home!!

The staff was all very professional. When we called the office regarding the leaky faucet & the lack of internet connection, if they didn't answer right away they returned our call quickly. Everything was handled in a timely manner.

The property had everything we needed for our stay and was the best equipped house we have ever stayed. We can't imagine finding a better option for our family. Iron Horse Property Management are true professionals.

We had an absolutely perfect time at the Tin Cup Cottage in the Pitchfork community. The house had everything we needed to celebrate family and my oldest daughter's wedding. We could socialize at the house, share meals and then retreat to comfortable bedrooms. Neighbors were welcoming and I can't think of a single negative element. The location is great because it's a quick jaunt to Crested Butte and you're right at the mountain for all the amenities. The Tin Cup Cottage was simply wonderful.

When I first made reservations the team was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved the Tincup cottage. The setup was great: from cooking meals to playing games and just around the corner from the shuttle if you didn't want to drive. Everyone had a real comfy bed to sleep on and not a sofa bed. Will stay here again!

Fantastic!!!! Both Steve and Katie were extremely responsive and knowledgable...and added to the positivity of the entire experience.

We have rented a lot of properties in CO and AZ and Camp Belleview was by far the best stocked and most functional for 3 retired couples. The location was peaceful and far enough from neighbors to feel privacy without remoteness...we saw fox and deer in our yard and were able to walk the area and feel safe. If in there was any downside it was that the wonderful Deck was in the sun most of the day so it was too warm to really sit out on it and enjoy it.

A great house and for the most part, every staff member that I have ever dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful.

Everyone we worked with before our arrival was great, super service and answers to questions were prompt and accurate.

Really enjoyed the property, found it to be fully stocked and then some! Everything was in working order, the house stayed cool despite not having central air, for mid-June it was very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the drift boats, rafts and other folks using the river as we sat in the shade and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Neighborhood was quiet, house is at the end of a road so no traffic. Met the neighbors who take care of the lawn, they were very friendly and checked with us to see when a good time would be to mow the property, really appreciated that check-in before they got started. Overall we loved the place and would definitely book there again for future family gatherings.

This team is top-notch. I received a great email before check in and all of the information we needed about this awesome vacation home. I had a very small issue with the coffee pot and within hours the management company had delivered a new coffee maker. They were super polite and accommodating and wanted to know if there was anything at all they could help me with. Iron Horse is a seriously professional and first rate company.

I recently stayed in the Mountain Dreams house on Mt. Crested Butte with my husband, 2 sons and my parents who are seniors. This is an amazing property that works great for families and large groups. It's spacious and comfortable with breath taking views of Mt. Crested Butte from both of the large decks. There's lots of room for socializing and togetherness and yet plenty of space to retreat to for quiet time - especially the 3rd floor master bedroom which offers lots of privacy and it's own covered deck facing the mountains. The spotless kitchen has every utensil, gadget and appliance you might use in your own kitchen. This place has a garage which was great for us because we had 6 mountain bikes and all of our equipment to store. The garage made it really convenient to come home from a long day of riding, park our bikes, shed our gear and head inside for a fun evening of food, games and movies. The King size beds in both the upper and lower masters are super comfortable - even my 75 year old dad who doesn't tend to sleep well had a good rest every night! My kids loved the bunk bed room, which has it's own TV and morning views of the mountains. I can't say enough great things about this house - it's such an amazing home with large rooms, great decorations and a homey feel. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure everything is convenient and easy for their guests. The house is just a short walk or bike ride to the ski resort and the bike path that leads into town. My entire family had a great time and we would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Crested Butte. We will definitely stay here again!
