Didnt work with anyone. Sent an email about blinds not working properly and received an appropriate response to that.

Amazing condo in an excellent location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this unit and we will definitely try to secure the same unit on our next visit.

9 Silver Lane was a fantastic property. The views were impeccable, the kitchen was one of the best I've stayed in for appliances and utensils, tons of room for 10 adults, we were never crowded. Hot tub, sauna, decks, heated floor in the mud room, etc. etc. etc. Will stay here again when we return to CB. The walk to "ski in / ski out" was pretty far, but the new First Tracks shuttle service that started in the 2023-2024 season was nothing short of AMAZING. During the weekday we waited no more than five minutes for a ride. They come right to your door.

This cabin was absolutely spectacular! Every aspect was top of the line. It was a wonderful stay in a cozy spot with a great location.

Team was very helpful and timely in assisting us with replacing a coffee maker. I appreciate their willingness to help us with something so small that made a huge difference for us and our stay!

Beautiful home that is walking distance to ski, kitchen is nicely stocked, tons of linens for all the guests, and easy/convenient shuttle service to catch the town shuttle. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Crested Mtn North L6. The heated garage was nice for storing and putting on ski gear, the kitchen was well-stocked and beautiful, the beds were all comfortable and the unit was immaculately clean.

Ease of checking in and out cannot be matched. We had an issue we a clogged sink and it was resolved quickly.

My only recommendation would be to stock additional tissue paper and dish soap. There were extra pillows but no pillow cases. The kitchen was a cooks dream! Perfectly stocked and plenty of cooking and eating space.

Reservations/Customer Service agents are friendly, helpful & professional. I have stayed at Iron Horse Facilities exclusively over the last 4 years (between WinterPark & Crested Butte) and have always been pleased with the level of service provided by your staff.

The Columbine Condo is our little piece of paradise. The grounds are WELL maintained. The staff is in constant motion shoveling & blowing the walkways and parking lot to ensure our safety and well being. This is our 2nd year in a row to stay here, and we are already planning 2025.

The Parkside Retreat was an amazing rental. Location to town and bus shuttle, house amenities, cleanliness and overall were first class!! Would definitely stay again!

Team members were amazing, and we had to call about the Pilot light going out on the main fireplace the last day, but they were super nice. Also amazed by the staffing for removing all the snow at location everyday as well.

We absolutely LOVE this property (Location / Amenities / Coziness). Came to this property several years back, and we finally were able to get it reserved again due to the amazing popularity of it. 10/10, and we will absolutely be coming back again in the future.

The staff is very responsive to questions and repair requests.
