Steve was wonderful and very helpful with UPS deliveries, snow removal. If I could get this part of the questionnaire to work, I would rate everything as EXCELLENT. We stayed at another place in town and find Iron Horse to be unquestionably the best.

Wonderful to have all equipment in abundance. Windows were immaculate to highlight the stupendous views and everything worked superbly.

Coal Creek Cabin was perfect for our group. Comfy and right in town. For those wanting water flowing off the deck it is delightful.

We had a perfect week celebrating our son's wedding. The house was perfect and we loved Crested Butte.

We have been renting properties in CB for 15+ years, this being the first through IHPM. Your team was friendly and helpful, reservations were made with ease. Our family found it necessary to make a one day change in our arrive/depart days and your staff quickly and happily accommodated our needs.

We loved the proximity of this property, being at the top of the mountain offered a more quiet and peaceful stay. The unobstructed views cannot be beat. Our family enjoyed daily mountain bike rides (right from the front door) and many evening games of pool and shuffle board. The only thing missing was a hot tub, which would be a real added bonus for winter stays! Thanks for a fabulous week!

Thank you for your follow up phone call and email. We had a great girls trip - 12 women and NO drama! We did great rides and had a great time supporting your sales tax base! Tim did a great job catering - the food was great and we had left overs that lasted us for the next 2 days. The Ginger Cafe was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I wish we had something that great here in Steamboat! Looks like we will have to visit CB again just to go back.

The house was great and the hot tub was not an issue. I work in property management so I know what it is like for someone to call and have issues. The only feedback I would have to the owner is that there is not enough seating for the table and the extra chairs are a bit big to fit so when we had 12 people, it was a bit crammed but we made it work. The beds were comfy and the rooms were ample. It was a great little house! Thank you again for reaching out. You guys are top notch and i would recommend you to anyone visiting CB. We have stayed at an Iron Horse Property a couple of times and they are always very clean, well maintained and up to our expectations. The staff are courteous and responsive.

This property's location is ideal!! Directly across the street is a beautiful park with many amenities for children of all ages. The rec path (great walking/biking trail) is within a couple blocks. Restaurants and shops are all within a very short walk or bike ride. We walked to breakfast and dinner, and loved the convenience of the location! The home was clean and in good condition. There were plenty if towels and blankets, and all things needed for cooking! Carpets needed cleaning, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the home! They responded very quickly when some of our party didn't have a key and were locked out of the house.

Excellent house. The location was great! The off-street parking for two cars was a rare bonus for lodging in Crested Butte. WiFi connection was great! We would stay in Kona House again!

We stayed in Crested Butte, and Gunnison on the river. Both were in excellent condition. The Gunnison River property had a play house and sand box that my grandsons just loved. Hours of fun right there, or fishing in the pond across the street.

This house was perfect for our family and the views were amazing. So enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while looking at the beautiful scenery. All the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. Loved it!

Steve was very helpful with both the reservation process and the response to our call with the lockbox (we couldn't get it open with several attempts, perhaps made worse by the rain). We were never able to get the tv room tv to play regular tv but could use it for movies and there was a great selection. MANAGER RESPONSE I apologize you weren't able to operate the TV. Please let us know anytime you have a problem at one of our properties. We have staff on call 24/7 and want to make sure that all of our guests have the best experience on their vacation.

Loved the views and the location! The cabin is very well-equipped with kitchen needs. We agreed that we would have liked a few more wash cloths but wasn't a big enough deal to call management. There were some cheerios on the floor between the sofas in the tv room and we didn't have any cheerios so think those were missed in cleaning. Otherwise it was spotless and spectacular!
