Except my Dad's altitude sickness, it was a fabulous two weeks in paradise! The Condo was perfectly located for what we wanted to do on our vacation. I rode my mountain bike right from the condo to the many trails in the area, we walked to dinner on several occasions, or hopped in the car for the short drive to town or to the hiking trails nearby. It was no big deal to walk to town either. The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. We couldn't ask for more.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating!

We had a repair issue which was handled in a most efficient and friendly way. We did not report the issues we had with the icemaker, as I know that these Sub-Zeros have a problem, and we just bought any additional ice we needed....but, you may want to check into this. MANAGER RESPONSE I am so sorry you had an issue with the ice maker during your stay. We have notified a sub-zero repairman and are having the issue addressed. We strive to have the best equipped and maintained vacation rentals you will find anywhere. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to your next visit.

This was an amazing house, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While our dates for next year are not yet clear, we would certainly stay here again. We have had this annual family reunion for over 7 years, and this is by far the best equipped home we have ever stayed in.....even the knives were sharp. The kitchen in general was amazing and the layout of the home worked very well for us. We would be happy to write a review elsewhere if you would like us to...Please thank the family for making their home available.

We loved the property and had a great time in Crested Butte. Our only complaint would be the lack of plastic bags, aluminum foil, paper plates etc. It was hard to pack a lunch each day for hiking. Everything else about the place was perfect! MANAGER RESPONSE We are glad you had a great time and enjoyed the home. We provide all paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, detergents, etc. Unfortunately we do not provide aluminum foil, paper plates, and sandwich bags. Those are purchased by our guests along with groceries. Thanks again for staying with Iron Horse and visiting Crested Butte!

This property was perfect for our needs - 6 adults, child and dog. The house was very comfortable and we loved the location on the mountain close to trails for hiking, etc, and not too far from town. We would recommend for others and would choose this house again. The views from the deck are fabulous!

Everyone was super friendly. Someone stopped by during our stay to make sure everything was ok.

Our family drove all the way from Memphis, TN. I had packed toilet paper and paper towels but you guys had it all fully stocked. You guys even had our brand of laundry detergent:) the kitchen had everything I needed to cook whatever we wanted too. The beds were super comfy! We did not have garage door clicker but not a big deal. Overall, our experience with Iron Horse property was outstanding. Crested Butte is so beautiful!! We will use Iron Horse properties again and recommend to others. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. God Bless!
